Hello everybody! So for a while now, I haven't really been very good at going to bed like a normal person. I seriously don't get tired until like 1am-2am. It's freaking horrible.
I have no idea why!! I do have a lot of shit on my mind though and on my days off, I sleep in BIG time but even when I get up early for work and work all day long I still can NEVER fall asleep before 1am! Especially when I know damn well I have to wake up early. My mornings are absolute torture because I can never go to bed when I need to!
I've always been a night owl and NEVER a morning person, but lately I just feel like it's not healthy. I take melatonin vitamins sometimes to help me fall asleep faster, but most of the time those don't even work! My sleeping schedule is just all messed up and it's SO annoying! If you have any recommendations then be sure to comment them below! I will take any advice at this point, seriously! Haha.
I feel like I just am always thinking of stuff though; my goals in life, school, work, etc. I'm sorry that today's blog is a bit boring, I just worked a 12 hour shift on Monday so I didn't go to bed till 6am Tuesday morning and didn't wake up till 3pm, so I'm currently writing this blog at 1:50am today! So needless to say, I cannot sleep and this right here is an example of my totally fucked up sleeping schedule!
I'm always tired, until it becomes dark outside, then I'm bursting with energy.
